	I declare I am in possession of all necessary Class and Handicap Certificate and that the boat is insured to include Third Party Liability of a minimum of 1,000,000 DHS.
	I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing (R.R.S), the prescriptions of the National Authority. The Notice of Race and the sailing instructions, and all other documents controlling the event in confirmation of which I enclose the entry fee stated in the Notice(s) of Race.
	I have read and understood paragraph 15 disclaimer of Liability in the Notice of Race.

Cheque made payable to "Dubai International Marine Club" and Entry Form should be sent to the race Secretary.
